Behind The Scenes: Two of the rules of fake card making are to never make a card that does exactly what another card does, and never make a card that does what another does, only better. Hence, this card may only be used if there are at least 2 damage counters and a status ailment on the active Pokémon. Therefore, the card avoids simply becoming a combination of potion and full heal.
